The ultimate way to build your cinema

ChromaX rethinks the role of stretched fabric in home cinema design. Built around Artnovion’s proprietary aluminium profile and finished with an acoustic fabric front, it goes beyond conventional fabric systems by integrating real acoustic treatment behind a continuous surface. A single system that combines absorption, diffusion, and bass trapping.

Technology

Engineered to meet the highest cinema standards without compromising acoustic performance. The integration of bass trapping, diffusion and absorption, combined with the structural rigidity of aluminium and an acoustically transparent fabric layer, delivers a stable and predictable acoustic environment.

Look Inside

This configuration focuses on absorption, provided through a calibrated-cell acoustic foam panel. Beyond treating a broadband range of frequencies and reducing unwanted reflections, the core also allows cables to pass through it, supporting the integration of lighting, audio or multimedia systems without compromising acoustic performance or visual continuity.
This configuration focuses on diffusion, using an EPS core with varied cell widths and depths, helps  distribute mid-to-high frequencies, improving spatial definition without over-damping the room. This optimised QRD pattern provides a wider range of actuation, when compared with a traditional numeric sequence diffusers.
Here, performance is centred on bass trapping, achieved through a system with dual independent cavities and tuned diaphragmatic membranes. Optimised for frequencies between 80Hz and 120Hz, it controls low-end build-up while preserving overall balance.
This product combines absorption and diffusion. A calibrated-cell acoustic foam panel manages broadband reflections, while the QRD-based EPS core improves mid-to-high frequency distribution, supporting clarity and spatial depth.
By combining absorption with bass trapping, this configuration controls reflections across a wide frequency range while addressing low-frequency energy between 80Hz and 120Hz, resulting in a more controlled acoustic response.
This configuration combines diffusion and bass control. A QRD-based EPS core improves mid-to-high frequency dispersion, while a dual-cavity bass trap system targets low-frequency build-up, delivering clarity and balance.
